We are also ready and prepared to adapt to the challenges which may be presented to us. In preparation for the possibility that on-site service may become unviable due to state and/or federal regulations, and also so we can support customers in self-isolation, we are now offering remote and contactless pick-up services.

These options will be offered for any support that is able to be performed remotely and/or off-site and will be charged at our standard rates
We will continue our on-site services in addition to these remote and contactless pick-up options subject to government regulations and provided we are confident that we can do so safely.
We also ask that customers do their part and ensure that they do not fall into our high-risk category.
If it’s support that can be provided remotely and/or through contactless pick-up repairs, we’ll be delighted to be of service via one of those means instead.

  • You will be classified as High-Risk should you answer YES to any of these questions:
  • Have you or anyone in your household recently come back from overseas?
  • Are you over 70 years old?
  • Is the device or issue located inside of the bedroom? (note we do not enter bedrooms)
  • Have you or anyone in the house been diagnosed with COVID-19?
  • Have you been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19?

[/x_custom_headline][cs_text]At F5 IT we take the health of our technicians and of our customers very seriously.

To further minimize the risk of spreading and catching COVID-19 our technicians will be performing the following:

  • It is now mandatory for each technician to use disposable gloves when handling your equiptment.
  • Portable hand sanitizer will be brought onsite to each appointment.
  • Face masks will be worn at customers discretion.
  • We will not be walking into bedrooms and ask customers to bring their PC out into an open area.
  • Social distancing measures where our technicians will always step 1.5M away from you.
